How to series

 

Introduction to Talent Management

 
A half-day workshop providing an introduction to talent management and career conversations, delivered by Lynda Shattock as part of our How To Series for HR and OD practitioners
 
This workshop is aimed at senior HR and OD practitioners who are familiar with the concept of talent management but who are relatively new to implementing talent management processes in their organisation. You may be an HR BP or OD practitioner who would like to develop talent management processes in a particular service or area of your organisation.

A senior business consultant, focused on OD, L&D, leadership development and talent management, as a driver for transformational change.  Extensive experience in both the Private and Public Sectors, including two start-ups, a JV and a major privatisation.  A senior consultant to the NHS, including membership of the national talent management project team.

Personal impact and influencing

 

 
A deeper understanding of the HR BP role and an appreciation of the High Impact HR leadership model
 
If you are looking to move into an HR BP role in the next 12 months or so, this workshop is for you!  Julia will facilitate this highly interactive session where you will identify what the key skills, knowledge and behaviours are that you will need to have or develop to be a truly impactful HR business partner.

A day workshop on maximising your personal impact, managing your reputation and sustaining your inspiration

 
This year we are running two full day sessions aimed at bands 4 & 5 HR/L&D practitioners. This first day is focused on personal impact. The second day is customer service and process improvement.
This first event on personal impact is divided into two sessions. The morning session will focus on how to maximise your personal impact and the afternoon on sustaining your inspiration. The sessions are linked so please ensure you can stay for the whole day from 8.30 to 5pm.
