The branch experienced a disappointing autumn, with a number of events cancelled due to lack of interest. However prospects for 2010 are looking much better:

March 2010
Beachcroft LLP host an employment session which we are planning to take place in March. The workshop format will focus on legal aspects of change and performance improvement, given the drive in the South West to improve both quality and productivity.

Thank you to those who have expressed an interest in becoming more involved in the South West branch. The success of the branch depends on member engagement and as Chair I am keen to hear from members or potential members regarding suggestions for events or opportunities to become involved.

The branch is currently exploring some winter events including an employment law session focussed on managing employee relations issues in the current NHS context .
