We believe that high levels of patient care and productivity can only be delivered if you have an engaged workforce. We at 10Eighty feel that career management sits at the heart of employee engagement. We know that employees want managers that care, develop and stretch us as employees and we believe that this is best achieved through career conversations.
We are hosting a free evening event on Wednesday 21st September to give you the opportunity to explore how you might increase employee engagement through career conversations. We also believe that this event will help you better plan your own career.
Our guest speaker is David Astley OBE. David is an experienced former Chief Executive with 37 years NHS service. He then worked from 2011 to 2015 as Chief-Tertiary Hospitals Group for the Hamad Medical Corporation in Qatar. Prior to that he was CEO of St George’s, Tooting and of East Kent Hospitals. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Liverpool Women’s Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and manages his own consultancy practice.
He will talk about his experiences and the challenges that the NHS are currently facing from a people perspective.
An addition, we will give you access to 10Eighty’s CareerCENTRE in order that you can experience the power of a career conversation yourself. At 10Eighty we are passionate about your career development and are offering this event for you to take some time to develop your own career.
Please note: This is a free event
We look forward to seeing you at the event.
