Kevin Croft - Presidents Profile

Kevin Croft is President of the Healthcare People Management Association (HPMA), an association for HR professionals working in the National Health Services of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Working in the NHS for almost 20 years Kevin is currently Director of Workforce Transformation for the North West sector of London - a patch containing 7 acute hospitals and 8 Primary Care Trusts. Amongst Kevin's recent challenges has been the transition of 8 PCTs into a single management structure to reduce management costs by 67% (£67m) over a 6 month period.

Prior to his current role Kevin spent four years as Director of Organisational Development and HR at North Middlesex University Hospital, was the workforce lead for University College London Hospital's move to their new hospital and worked as Director of Collaborative Human Resource Management across the North Central sector of London.
