Talent management

Earlier in the year HPMA surveyed members on Talent Management. We learned that many of you would value more support from HPMA, so we are:

• Starting an online resource with access to how to guides, management theory and models, diagnostics, personal development resources and training materials, etc
• Forging closer links with organisations like CIPD and Institute for Innovation
• and Improvement
• Opening new group forums to interact and share knowledge with practitioners across the UK
• Offering members a searchable database of HR healthcare practitioners
• Opening a job board for finding career opportunities
• We will also be looking to improving access to careers advice and career development services for members.
