Enact’s approach is founded on experiential learning. We employ a dynamic mix of dramatised material, both live with professional actors and in digital video, along with high levels of participation and interaction to impart theoretical knowledge and practical skills. It’s an approach that stands out from the norm. Our goal is to help delegates turn learning into action.
We are proud to work with a wide range of NHS organisations helping them bring desired values and behaviours to life.
‘The Way We Do Things Around Here’
In this one-hour session interactive workplace simulations using live drama will be presented. Through electronic voting and skilled facilitation delegates will examine the attributes of a compassionate person and inclusive leader, as well as the main potential barriers and pressures preventing them from being compassionate.
We promise to bring Roffey Park's Compassion in the Workplace Model to life in this highly engaging session. Delegates will leave the workshop having the confidence to act as role models with practical skills and methods to practice and engender compassion within their organisation.
Please note there will be no role play or acting required from any delegates!
