Resilience Training event 5 February

This half-day development session lead by Anna Herko from Herkofy aims to:

Ø  Build a healthy mind set to increase resilience

Ø  Raise awareness of your own automatic thoughts so that you can manage your assumptions, feelings and actions in a more effective way

Ø  Learn some thinking techniques to combat some of the unconscious and conscious biases you may have about others, different situations, and about yourself

Ø  Provide you with a toolkit for enquiry

Ø  Give practical suggestions to build your mental and physical wellbeing which will enhance your personal resilience

The content will include scenarios, drawing on real-life examples and getting participants to explore their own challenges so that they can take away some concrete actions following the session to help build their personal resilience, and that of their teams through effective coaching.

Venue: Lecture theatre, Sid Watkins Building, The Walton Centre, Aintree Hospital Site
