HPMA London Academy Programme 2021/22 – ‘Supporting workforce professionals to turn the People Plan into reality’
Our HPMA London Academy programme for 2021/22 will be entitled ‘Supporting workforce professionals to turn the People Plan into reality’ and we are currently seeking training providers to express an interest in working with us to deliver this programme.
We’ve been listening to our members recently, finding out what their key challenges and opportunities are, what new learning needs they’ve identified through the Covid pandemic, and what they’d like the Academy to prioritise in the year ahead. We had a great response to our survey and had some good conversations in small focus groups. As a result of this, we’ve put together the attached document of what we’d like to deliver to our members in 2021/22.
We invite you to have a look at our commissioning intentions document and let us know if you’d be interested in delivering sessions as part of this programme. There’s also a short form for you to indicate which sessions you’d be interested in delivering and please feel free to attach more details as an attachment (if this is easy for you to do).
Please share this with colleagues in your network. We’re particularly looking for more training providers and facilitators of Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic backgrounds.
We’d love to receive your expression of interest in the next few weeks and ideally by Monday 23 November.
