A virtual workshop delivered by Anna Herko, Director of Herkofy Limited
This 90 minute interactive webinar will aim to highlight ways employee engagement can be maintained through the pandemic, and raise awareness of how to influence culture change to create positive hospital environments when the ‘new normal’ is constantly evolving.
The session will cover:
- How do individuals and teams behave when going through times of trauma and change?
- What does positive engagement look like during the Covid-19 situation?
- How can we create the conditions, including changing aspects of the existing culture, to enable positive engagement?
- How do we help stakeholders understand the value of employee engagement in the midst of other priorities?
What models of organisational culture can we practically apply to support positive change and help us prepare for different ways of working in a post-Covid world?
There will be opportunities to ask questions during the webinar. If you would like to submit a question in advance, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
