Anna has 20 years&rsquo\; HR experience ac ross a range of industries including energy\, reta il and finance. Her early career was in the NHS\, then as an HR Generalist at BP\, before taking on a succession of senior roles at Kingfisher Group\, Lloyds Banking Group and Shop Direct. In these po sitions she has designed and implemented cross-gro up Learning and Organisational Development Strateg ies which have involved extensive international wo rk. \; She has introduced performance manageme nt\, shaped vision and values\, helped embed healt h and wellbeing\, and equipped leaders with the es sential knowledge\, skills and self-awareness to s uccessfully drive change. \;  \;Anna is an Appreciative Inquiry practitioner and accredited in various psychometric and team profiling tools l inked to maximising human performance through dive rsity and inclusion. Anna also has extensive exper tise in designing workshops\, programmes and confe rences both in person and virtually\; for groups f rom 6 to 300.
