A virtual training session to discuss the physical and psychological safety of staff hosted by Capsticks.
Employers will be aware that under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, organisations have a legal duty to ensure the health, safety and welfare of employees and in this session we will look at points to consider in seeking to comply with this duty whilst also protecting organisations. The People Plan emphasises that the safety and health of NHS staff is paramount and that physical and psychological safety should be prioritised. Nicky Green and Jennifer Harris will focus on two aspects: violence against staff and the impact of the pandemic.
This MS Teams training session will be free for HPMA members and will be of particular interest to HR directors, HR managers and other HR practitioners.
Please feel free to pass this invitation to colleagues in your organisation who may benefit from attending. Please be aware that by registering for this event, you agree to your contact details being shared between Capsticks Solicitors and HPMA. These details will be used for this event only.
