DESCRIPTION:Employers will be aware that under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974\, organisations have a leg al duty to ensure the health\, safety and welfare of employees and in this session we will look at p oints to consider in seeking to comply with this d uty whilst also protecting organisations. The Peop le Plan emphasises that the safety and health of N HS staff is paramount and that physical and psycho logical safety should be prioritised. Consequently\, Jennifer has extensive experience in a diverse range of claims including Discrimina tion under the Equality Act 2010. \;With first -rate technical understanding Jennifer provides ke y tactical and commercial advice and is able to ad apt to the different ethos of each client.
