The HPMA London Academy, on behalf of the NHS London HR Directors Network and the NHS London Deputy HR Directors Network has been leading a programme of work to improve equality, diversity and inclusion for the NHS HR and OD Profession in London.
Great progress has been made to date and we would now like to commission a development provider to work with us in the co-design and delivery of a transformational leadership development programme to support HR and OD leaders to lead the changes across their own HR/OD teams and directorates.
The attached paper provides a full briefing on the scope, objectives, outline design principles, timescales and selection process to enable development providers to apply to support the delivery of this work.
We are particularly looking for providers with experience and expertise of organisational development and culture change to support equality, diversity and inclusion.
The closing date for expressions of interest to delivery this work with us is 9am on Tuesday 4 May. We’re planning to hold a panel interview with shortlisted providers on Tuesday 25 May.
