Presented by Caring4Elders, this webinar and workshop will offer, inform and enable employees to prepare for and incorporate the needs of an elderly family member, neighbour, or friend.
The content is appropriate for those considering the future or immersed in care.
Participants in their 20s and 30s can be providing care to their parents and grandparents as well as those in middle age whose responsibilities for the elderly have increased. The taster will give you a sample of the way we deliver as well as our pricing structure.
Carers UK in their report Caring Behind Closed Doors, April 2020 confirmed:
- Seven in ten (70%) of carers are providing more care because of the pandemic; on average this equates to ten additional hours a week.
- 6% of Working Carers have had to give up work since the coronavirus outbreak
- Almost a third of working carers have not discussed their caring role with anyone at their workplace
Feedback from one of our clients April 2021: We always receive excellent feedback from the sessions which are extremely insightful, informative and get to the crux of the personal impacts on individuals and families. I would highly recommend Caring4Elders if you want to take employee wellbeing seriously. Claire Bicknell, People Operations Partner. Arup
