Speaker Biography – Richard Peachey, CMP. Richard lives to improve people’s lives, for his entire career he has been striving to better people’s homes, health and now workplace experiences, within over 15 years’ experience, Richard has been involved in Cancer screenings, Home and asset management, protected conversations, mergers, TUPE, redundancies, disciplinary investigations, and mediations. Richard currently leads CMP’s consultancy team in supporting organisations to develop a culture where staff feel empowered to challenge the status quo, harness difference, be more engaged and more productive. Because of his healthcare ties, Richard works closely with the UK’s Healthcare People Management Association (HPMA), as well as the Association of British Investigators, Office of the Independent Adjudicator, Civil Mediation Council, Scottish Mediation Network, and the College of Mediators. He is a Supporter of Mediation Awareness Group, the UK wide group for promoting all forms of mediation.. CMP is the only HPMA Member to provide other members workplace mediations and soft skills training. Richard combines many years’ experience of client relationship management, project delivery and sales & marketing with expert knowledge of workplace conflict and resolution. He’s ideally placed to work as a trusted advisor to clients on their issues and developing the best solutions.
