Annesley Donald - Annesley joined the NHS on the graduate scheme for Clinical Scientists, training to become a clinical cytogeneticist. Several years ago she moved into HR and has worked in a number of workforce functions including recruitment, employee relations and business partnering. After a brief foray into operations management, Annesley returned to HR where she now works as the Deputy Director of Workforce at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, a large acute teaching hospital in the East of England. Annesley took on the role as HPMA vice president for East of England in 2019 and is keen to bring a broad range of inclusive events to the region, whilst also creating strong effective networks for sharing ideas, concerns and best practice.
