In this session, we will discuss the concept of the Good Day at Work and the ways in which organisations can use this concept to build their approach to mental health and wellbeing and build capacity.

This event will be held on Thursday 1st July starting at 10am and will last for approximately 90 minutes and will include the opportunity to ask questions.  Delegates can submit questions in advance or add them during the webinar.  If you would like to submit a question in advance, please email it to g.stevens1@nhs.net

Speaker Biography: Julie Wacker, Business Psychologist at Robertson Cooper

Julie is an Occupational Psychologist, passionate about helping organisations untie the knot of wellbeing. Her role in Robertson Cooper’s team of Business Psychologists requires her to work directly with clients to enable them to create organisational environments which unlock more Good Days at Work. Julie partners with clients to support individuals in building resilience levels, developing managers to ensure their approach creates a positive and enabling environment for their team and at an organisational level to help business leaders understand and influence the wider cultural factors that influence their employees health and wellbeing.
