A session focusing on equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace, understanding that inclusive workspaces:
Result in happier and more motivated employees;
Allow an organisation to recruit and retain staff;
Deliver a better and more successful service;
Are more representative of society and allow for a range of ideas to be shared; and
Result in less workplace grievances and disputes, and in turn, legal action being taken.
This event will be held on Wednesday 25th August starting at 11am and will last for approximately 90 minutes and will include the opportunity to ask questions.
