Webinar : Managing Teams & Performance in a Virtual World – Thursday 14th October at 9am

Presented by Anna Herko, Director of Herkofy Limited

An opportunity to consider and discuss the challenges of how to manage a team and individual performance in remote working environments. During this 90 minute interactive session, Anna will share core content, including scenarios, practical guidance and insight, including covering the following topics:

  • What are the key ingredients of success for a virtual team?
  • What does a high performing team look like, especially in the recent shifting landscape of ‘normality’?
  • How can we help managers to adapt ways of working for the team and themselves with extensive remote working?
  • What ideas and latest thinking are there on effectively managing individual performance in remote teams?

This event will be held on Thursday 14th October starting at 9am and will last for approximately 90 minutes and will include the opportunity to ask questions.  Delegates can submit questions in advance or add them during the webinar.  If you would like to submit a question in advance, please email it to  anna.herko@herkofy.co.uk

Speaker Biography – Anna Herko, Director of Herkofy Ltd. Anna is an experienced designer of learning interventions and specialist in talent, leadership, organisation development and engagement; helping public and private sector clients enhance their business performance. Anna has 20 years’ HR experience across a range of industries including energy, retail and finance. Her early career was in the NHS, then as an HR Generalist at BP, before taking on a succession of senior roles at Kingfisher Group, Lloyds Banking Group and Shop Direct. In these positions she has designed and implemented cross-group Learning and Organisational Development Strategies which have involved extensive international work. She has introduced performance management, shaped vision and values, helped embed health and wellbeing, and equipped leaders with the essential knowledge, skills and self-awareness to successfully drive change. Anna is an Appreciative Inquiry practitioner and accredited in various psychometric and team profiling tools linked to maximising human performance through diversity and inclusion. Anna also has extensive expertise in designing workshops, programmes and conferences both in person and virtually; for groups from 6 to 300. Clients have included City & Guilds, National Nuclear Laboratory, John Lewis Partnership, NHS, Co-op and Legal & General.  Anna is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, and has a Masters from Cambridge University, Queens’ College.
