4 – 4.30pm – Networking – join us in our social lounge and go speed networking or join a table to meet with other attendees.
4.30-5.30pm- Awards Ceremony
5.30-6pm- Post awards networking – your chance again to congratulate all the winning and finalists teams.

Airmeet is an online venue for hosting events. It allows participants to interact on virtual tables and speed networking through videos. It enables chat – public and private with other attendees, dedicated Q&A section and reactions (emojis) – you can express your likes, claps, laughs and love for the event during the live sessions.
Airmeet supports all modern browsers. However, we recommend the latest version of Chrome to be used for the best experience—chrome 79 or latest. Please do not try to use Internet Explorer as this is an unsupported web browser.
Yes, in order to maximise the benefits of the Social Lounge with speed networking and joining a table you will need access to your camera and microphone.
To grant permission for this, try the following steps:
If you are using a work device you may have to discuss with your IT to enable the use of camera and microphone for this particular website.
Social lounge is the space where you can be seated at virtual tables, and interact with people in the same table. People can also move between tables to meet and join interactions in other tables. You are also able to participate in speed networking.
Once you have entered the event, you can click on Attendee on right panel, it will reveal a list of all the attendees currently online.
The HPMA provides award winners and finalists with a trophy, framed certificate and an icon for the winners’ websites or publications. All finalists projects are summarised on the HPMA site and appear in the compendium of winning entries.
Yes, finalists will be given the opportunity to purchase additional copies of their trophies or certificates after the awards ceremony.
