Level 3 & 5 HR Apprenticeships

The HPMA are working in partnership with BPP to deliver a range of apprenticeship opportunities, aimed at developing the skills, knowledge and behaviour of staff working in Human Resource.

The two HR programmes available offer the opportunity to gain a Level 3 (HR Support) or a Level 5 (HR Consultant/Partner) qualification, alongside an associate membership with the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD).

The Level 3 qualification is the perfect introduction to HR; giving you the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of your organisation, while learning how to deal with situations effectively, sensitively and within the limitations of legal and business processes.

Level 5 apprenticeships incorporate more advanced skills and qualifications, as a HR Consultant/Partner you will develop a deeper understanding of HR within the context of your organisation and explore the management of relationships, systems and processes.

These apprenticeship programmes are delivered by BPP, one of the UK’s largest providers of professional apprenticeship training. Their programmes are developed in partnership with employers and respected professionals, to allow you to maximise your skill set and progress efficiently.

Programmes usually combine an exciting blend of virtual and face-to-face learning and coaching, alongside self-study and project work. The course is funded through the apprenticeship levy, which means the learner does not have to pay any tuition fees.
