Join the Avoiding Harm campaign!
Our #AvoidingHarm programme has launched with an ambitious drive to prevent the harm caused by disciplinary processes – and we’re asking you to make your organisation a part of it.
We’re calling on you to start 100 conversations in our NHS organisations on how we can improve disciplinary processes and avoid the harm they can cause. And the good news is, whatever your role, we have the tools for you to take it forward – with plenty of resources and articles to inspire and equip you available right here.
We’re asking you to initiate conversations with your HR functions, executive teams and boards using our new discussion paper: ‘When we do harm’. It furnishes you with practical tools and ways to begin discussing the avoidable harm that can be caused through employee investigations and how you can address it.
Then we’d like you to feed back here so that we can share ideas, experiences and come together as an Avoiding Harm community with impact.
Please explore the resources, blogs and papers collated here. And why not join colleagues from your HPMA branch area at one of our online seminars discussing how to improve the process for the benefit of your workforce and organisation too?
