Avoiding Harm programme director: Andrew Cooper

Andrew Cooper is the Development Director for the HPMA’s Avoiding Harm programme. He also Head of the Avoidable Employee Harm Programme in Aneurin Bevan University Health Board and lead editor of ‘Under Investigation: Transforming Disciplinary Practice in the Workplace’ (published by Bristol University Press). He is currently leading research exploring the impact of the disciplinary process on individuals and organisations.
