The Cymru Branch recognises the important role it can play in supporting members in building professional and personal support networks, promoting learning, exposing colleagues to new ideas and different ways of working and providing the opportunity and time to reflect on practice – building the capability and impact of people management in Wales.
HPMA Cymru continues to provide development opportunities for colleagues and we are currently planning workshops and events for 2024/25. We are also keen to keep our members at the forefront of the HR, Workforce and OD communities.
The HPMA Cymru Branch provides invaluable exposure to resources, materials and networking opportunities to our members across the wider HR, Workforce and OD community in the healthcare sector in Wales.

Link Officers
Our HPMA Cymru Link Officers are a key part of the HPMA Cymru committee and act as a direct liaison to their local organisations, helping to better share information discussed at committee and ensuring the involvement and engagement of all staff at various levels to the work of HPMA Cymru.
