The main stadium car park (referred to as the Winterstoke Road Car Park) is accessible from Wedlock Way / Winterstoke Road. It is a pay and display car park operated by YourParkingSpace and space can be booked in advance at www.yourparkingspace.co.uk.

Parking

There are two payment units installed, one in the Winterstoke Road car park and one in the Ashton Road car park so you can pay to park. These units are cashless, so accept card only payments.

Charges apply to all events unless specified otherwise.

If you are using SatNav we suggest you use postcode BS3 2LQ which will point you to the correct entrance.

Street parking surrounding the stadium is severely limited and we encourage visitors to utilise public transport as an alternative. Please observe all local parking restrictions and respect local resident’s driveways and homes.

Substitutions Policy

 (i)               You may substitute an original delegate with another person up to 21 days (inclusive) before the event by notifying us in writing to hello@chamberdunn.co.uk

(ii)             Within 20 days (inclusive) of the event, substitution of one delegate for another can be made at the conference organiser’s discretion. Please email hello@chamberdunn.co.uk with queries.

Refunds Policy

 Refunds will be processed as follows:

 (i)               If a cancellation is made up to and including the 12 September 2026, 50% of the total cost will be refunded

(ii)            If a cancellation is made later than the 12 September 2026, no refund will be made.

We will include your personal details (name, job title, email address and organisation) on the delegate list which will be available to partners, exhibitors, sponsors and speakers.

If you attend an event partner session your name, job title, email and organisation will be shared with that event partner.

Please indicate at the time of booking if you would like to opt out of including your personal details on the delegate list.
