Digital Workforce Podcast 1: Culture
HPMA and workpal are proud to share a goal of creating a more digitally-enabled workforce for the NHS and wider health and social care sector. In order to achieve this, we are collaborating on a Digital Workforce Programme which will comprise of a series of learning resources including webinars, articles, blogs, and podcasts being available on our website. The aim is to get NHS Trusts reflecting on their current digital abilities and see if we can help them move forward to the next level.

This podcast is a discussion between:
- Hannah Rogers – Lead Partner for Organisational Effectiveness at workpal. Leading on the national digital workforce conversation with HPMA and has over 15 years working in People & OD roles with a special interest in digital and culture change.
- Dr Liz Mear – ex. CPO/CEO and currently Chair of an ICB and external advisor, consultant and coach to innovative companies that work in the digital space. Liz has so much experience in leading and facilitating culture change and digital transformation.
During the podcast, Hannah and Liz discuss:
