HPMA August newsletter 2021

In the August newsletter you can read our open letter to Sajid Javid, Secretary of State for Health, highlighting the important role of the HR, workforce and OD community during the pandemic and beyond. The #InclusiveHR series continues with Kelvin Cheatle of Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust sharing his journey of understanding equality, diversity and inclusion.

Ian Kessler and Richard Griffin from Kings Business School share findings of a new report commissioned by HEE on the state of supported employment in trusts for young people with disabilities. We also hear from Abhinav Rav from the Immigration Advice Service on Adult Dependent Visas for the elderly relatives of the NHS workforce.
