HPMA Newsletter December 2022

Take a look at our last newsletter edition for 2022 - full of our amazing HPMA Award winners and finalists who were finally able to celebrate in Birmingham on the 1 Dec. The rescheduled ceremony was Dean Royles' last HPMA Awards as President, and in his opening address he was able to share the news that in April 2023,  Sarah Morley and Janet Wilkinson will take over as joint Presidents of the HPMA.

Also in this edition Roger Kline looks at the invisible NHS bank army, Bernadette Thompson looks at talent management in our #inclusiveHR series, NHS Resolution update members on their Practitioner Performance Advice service.

We look back at The HSJ 50 most influential Black, Asian and minority ethnic people in health and new joint VPs for Yorkshire & The Humber thank outgoing branch vice-presidents Laura Allen and Jenny Smith for their service.
