Welcome to your May membership newsletter, first up, a reminder that there is a deadline extension for the HPMA Awards 2024 - you now have until Wednesday 8 May to submit your nominations and project entries.

We are delighted to announce that Professor Michael West will be joining the HPMA UK Conference as opening keynote speaker in Belfast. Alongside the UK Conference we are looking forward to some amazing branch events in Northern Ireland, Birmingham, Cardiff and Manchester - we hope many of you will be able to join these great opportunities for networking and professional development.

You can also take a look at Skills for Health's Our Health Heroes winners, plus we encourage you to get outside for National Walking Month and reflect on Deaf Awareness week who highlight that in the UK 1 in 8 working adults have some hearing impairment.
