North West Branch Belfast Ambassador form

Are you passionate about advancing the people profession and eager to share your achievements with others?  Here’s a golden opportunity for you! Become a ‘Belfast Ambassador’ and seize the chance to represent the Northwest HPMA at the prestigious national conference in Belfast in 2024. Our Belfast Ambassadors will each receive a two day conference and awards pass plus hotel and flight to Belfast.

Reflect on the strides you’ve made over the last 12 months to propel the people profession forward within your Trust/organisation.

Whether its implementing innovative strategies, for example, on wellbeing or leadership; or fostering a culture of inclusivity and diversity, for example, through adopting and embedding the HPMA #inclusive HR; or spearheading impactful talent development initiatives, for example creating opportunities for HR apprenticeships within your teams, your contributions have undoubtedly made a difference.
