There are several car parks within walking distance of the Venue with an onsite car park hosting 1250 parking spaces.

Van and Car parking is available in conjunction with Leeds City Council, which is a 7-minute walk from the venue, please speak to your sales executive for more details.

Substitutions Policy

 (i)               You may substitute an original delegate with another person up to 14 days (inclusive) before the event by notifying us in writing to ellie@chamberdunn.co.uk

(ii)             Within 13 days (inclusive) of the event, substitution of one delegate for another can be made at the conference organiser’s discretion. Please email ellie@chamberdunn.co.uk with queries.

Refunds Policy

 Refunds will be processed as follows:

 (i)               If a cancellation is made up to and including the 19th July 2023, 50% of the total cost will be refunded

(ii)            If a cancellation is made later than the 19th July 2023, no refund will be made.

We will include your personal details (name, job title and organisation) on the delegate list which will be available to other partners, exhibitors, sponsors and speakers.

If you attend an event partner session your name, job title, email and organisation will be shared with that event partner.

Please indicate at the time of booking if you would like to opt out of including your personal details on the delegate list.
