HPMA 2023 People Professionals Survey – Learning Needs Analysis

• Have you been to a HPMA learning session recently?
• Do the events we offer meet your learning needs?
• What would you like to see HPMA do more of?

We’re calling on all people professionals who work in HPMA member organisations to tell us more about your development needs and what you’d like to see on the HPMA programmes. This autumn, we’ll be planning the HPMA programmes for 2023/24 and we’re keen to make sure it reflects what you want.

We would like to understand the learning priorities of all people professionals and how the HPMA can support the development of the whole people directorate. This year, we’ve developed the survey using the new NHS People Profession Map. We can then ensure that the development opportunities we provide align closely with your priority learning needs and the new People Profession Map.

Part 2 of the survey will automatically redirect you to questions based on your banding:

• One aimed at all HR and OD professionals in bands 2 to 6, working in the people directorate, regardless of job title
• One aimed at all HR and OD professionals in band 7 and above, working in the workforce function regardless of job
