The West Midlands HPMA branch strives to play an integral role in the inclusive development, well-being, and growth of all our Professional People functions.

Our objectives are:

To provide high-quality, up-to-date, accessible events based on members’ feedback and current legislation.
To provide diverse and inclusive development sessions for all People Professionals which enhance their competence and capabilities across member organisations.
To provide a forward-focused people management offer.
To provide networking opportunities to enable the sharing of best practice in people management.
To create collaboration opportunities across the region.
