HPMA North Academy is opening our application process for all HPMA members who are part of the HPMA North Academy (North East & Cumbria, Yorkshire & Humber and North West branches) at Band 4 and above.
The programme is aimed at supporting the development of a coaching culture within an organisation. It offers leaders and future leaders the opportunity to find out what coaching is and how to introduce this approach into everyday conversations. This programme will be delivered over 4 short workshops, each a 2.5 hour duration (10 hours in total).
The programme includes:
- Contracting for great results
- Listening with empathy
- Understanding your unique coaching style
- Asking great questions
- Coaching tools and techniques
This programme is offered free to HPMA members in band 4 and above who are part of the HPMA North Academy (North East and Cumbria, Yorkshire & Humber, and North West branches).
To apply, please secure the support of your line manager, check you are available to attend all four sessions for the cohort.
