ASPIRE BP Launch 2023
We are delighted to launch the application pack for this year’s ASPIRE Business Partner Programme.
This programme is for HR and OD Professionals which have been identified as having the potential and the ambition to move into a Business Partner role in the next 12 months.
Participants should also be from HPMA London Academy member organisations.
The programme is not open to existing Business Partners however, is open to Associate Business Partners.
We anticipate that the applicants will be currently in a band 6 or 7 role. Applicants will be required to have the support of their line manager or current Director to as as sponsor and provide a statement of support for the applicant.
