We are delighted to share our HPMA London and South East Academy Annual Review for 2024/25 together with a copy of our new core programme for 2025/26.

Our HPMA London, South East & South Central Academy Annual Review (click here) gives an overview of how people professionals have benefitted from HPMA membership over the last year. It includes an update on the progress of people going through our Aspirant programme as well as progress with our social movement #InclusiveHR. We also include some tips on how you can use your HPMA membership to engage and develop all your people professionals colleagues.

We think our new core programme for 2025/26 (view it here) is our best ever programme of learning events. These events are open to all people professionals and you can use this document to plan your own development and your team’s.  We have developed the programme in response to the learning needs analysis we carried out late last year and have planned the programme around key themes and priorities for the people profession.
