We’re really pleased to announce that we’re now looking for training providers who would like to deliver learning sessions as part of our HPMA London Academy programme for 2025/26.  Find out more here

Our programme in 2025/26 will be entitled ‘Shaping the future of inclusive and innovative people professionals ’. We are planning a programme that will support our network of NHS HR and OD professionals to respond to the significant current and future challenges and opportunities in the NHS.

We’ve planned our new core programme based on the Profession Map and also using the NHS People Promise and the NHS long term workforce plan. We also want to offer development opportunities for colleagues to fulfil their potential and develop their careers in the NHS.

We have outlined the programme and individual sessions we’d like to run in the ‘request for expressions of interest’ document and invite you to outline what you could deliver using the google docs form. Ideally, we’d like to have responses at any point before the 27th November 2023.
