Do you have the ambition and potential to become a Deputy Director?

We are delighted to launch the application process for the aspirant Deputy Director talent pool. The talent pool is open to HPMA London Academy member applicants who have the potential and the aspiration to become a Deputy Director in the next three years. This is the sixth year we have run this award winning talent pool with a significant number of past participants having secured Deputy and Associate Director roles in the ensuing years. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to achieve your career ambitions.

The closing date is 29^th April 2024.

The cost of participation in the pool for 2024/25 will be £1,000 per participant.

Many of you will have heard of our social movement for change, #InclusiveHR, aimed at improving equality, diversity and inclusion for the people profession. Our data shows that we have a glass ceiling for black and minority ethnic staff at band 7 and above. We are therefore particularly keen to recruit participants from black and minority ethnic backgrounds.
