Launch of Aspiring Leaders Programme Bands 6&7
The HPMA London Academy id delighted to launch the application process for the new Aspiring Leaders Development Programme.
This programme replaces the ASPIRE BP programme.
The programme is for of HR and OD Professionals who have been identified as having the potential and the ambition to move into a leadership role withing the people profession, and likely to take the next steps in their career within the next 12 -18 months (most likely into a business partner of head of service role).
Applications should be submitted by 8am Monday 3rd June 2024.

The programme has been designed and implemented through collaboration between the HPMA London Academy and Cheryl Lee Associates. Cheryl Lee has a wealth of experience in providing development programmes for people professionals across the NHS and other sectors. You can see Cheryl’s biog here
This will be a hybrid programme, with the majority of the modules being delivered in person and the action learning sets online (using Zoom).
The programme will commence on 11th September 2024 and all elements of the programme will conclude by end of July 2024. The cost will be £2000 per participant.
The HPMA London Academy has a strong track record for running our award winning aspirant leadership development programmes. A significant number of alumni from our programmes have gone on to achieve their career aspirations.
