NHS England appoint Dr Navina Evans

Following the announcement that Navina Evans is to become the new Chief Workforce, training and Education Officer, Dean Royles, President of the HPMA, said ’With the establishment of ICS from 1 July, it is essential that national policies and structures reflect the legislative changes aimed at better integrating health and care. Workforce is crucial to ensuring the success of this change, and yet national workforce policy is still dissipated across many organisations and directorates. This appointment is an important step in ensuring a more joined approach to the health and care workforce, and we look forward to working with Navina in her new role and wish her every success in this vital endeavour.’
