This session will introduce you to some tools and techniques for having effective conversations about talent with a focus on aspirations, strengths and behaviours. We will also explore ideas for taking an inclusive approach to talent and succession planning.
By the end of the session you will:
– be able to reflect on how inclusive your processes are
– Understand how to equip managers with the conversation basics to have meaningful talent conversations
– Be able to reflect on how to collect meaningful data to inform your talent strategy
