Well-being Coaching Programme launched with Delve

Well-being Coaching Programme launched with Delve

HPMA North Academy are excited to be launching this Well-being Coaching Programme with Delve:

LET’S START WITH YOU

We explore the latest thinking and research around how we work and the impact on mental health. We then dive deeper and use tools such as The Wellbeing Grid and The Wellbeing Reservoir to reflect on things like how you handle stress in order to increase your self-awareness.

CREATING A CULTURE OF PEOPLE SUPPORTING PEOPLE

Asking questions the right way can make a big difference in how we open up conversations about well-being. Everyone has the ability to coach and support others. We equip you with the tools to do this.

RESILIENCE AND FAULTY THINKING

We reflect on what an effective check-in looks like and explore where we get our resilience from. We then explore how we can cultivate a support network and what this looks like, becoming self-aware of our Self-Limiting Beliefs and Faulty Thinking.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND IMPOSTER SYNDROME

We explore how to recognise and combat Imposter Syndrome. Our awareness of our own Emotional Intelligence levels helps us to respond to situations that are out of our control. We use tools such as the Drama Triangle, Circles of Influence, Growth Mindset and Self-Limiting Beliefs.

FEEDBACK FOR BEHAVIOUR CHANGE

We dive into how to have courageous conversations that bring about true behaviour change. We also give you an opportunity to have some conversation practise and share any feedback.

By the end of this programme you will:

Have increased awareness around supporting your own wellbeing and where you get your resilience from

  • Understand how to create a culture of supporting the wellbeing of others
  • Have increased awareness about the best practice approaches for effective check ins and the key skills needed for taking a coaching approach
