HPMA London Academy 2023-24 Programme.

We’re delighted to launch our new core programme for April 2023 to March 2024 – it’s titled ‘Developing a Collaborative and Inclusive People Profession to Deliver Integrated Health and Care’.

You can now use this document in conjunction with our Resource Hub to plan your own and your team’s development for the year. And use it as part of your appraisal process.

We heard from many of our members during our learning needs analysis process in the autumn and we have collated these into the key themes in our new programme. We’ve also used the national People Plan, the NHS plan and the Futures review of HR and OD, to inform the themes and the sessions.

The attached documents sets out most of the session within the key themes in our programme:

• Collaborative & integrated system working
• Business skills
• Creating a great employee experience
• Developing equality, diversity & inclusion
• Managing self, team & relationships

You’ll see the individual session titles, dates and facilitators. All sessions will be published with more details  via our weekly emails and on Eventbrite around 6 to 8 weeks before the session. It’s a working document, we’ll be adding to the programme and events may change nearer the time.

We’re aiming to launch the application process for our for the Aspirant Deputy Director talent pool on 20 March and the Aspirant HR/OD business partner programme on 10 April.
