ASPIRE BP 2022 Launch

We’re delighted to open up the application process for this year’s

ASPIRE HR/OD Business Partner programme.

 

This programme is a great development opportunity for HR and OD professionals who aim to move into an HR/OD business partner role in the next 12 months.

It’s a 6 month programme which includes 360 assessments, core modules, action learning sets, mentoring, business projects and a final ‘bringing it to life’ development centre. It will run from 7 September 2021 to end March 2022.

The deadline for applications is 8am on 23 May. We can’t accept applications after this date. Your application must include:

• Confirmation that you can participate in all elements of he programme
• An up to date CV
• Short video presentation
• Competency self assessment
• Details of your idea for a business project
• Supporting statement from your sponsor (we unfortunately can’t accept applications where this is missing at time of application)
• Payment details
• Equalities monitoring form
