ASPIRE DD Talent Pool 2022 Launch
ASPIRE DD Talent Pool 2022 Launch
We are pleased to launch the application process for HR and OD colleagues who would like to join the
ASPIRE Deputy People Director Talent Pool.
The talent pool is now in it’s 4th year and is a unique development opportunity for HR and OD professionals who aim to move into a deputy director role in the next 3 years. Applications are invited from eligible senior people professionals employed by the HPMA London Academy member organisations.
These are significant and challenging times for people professionals in the NHS and we know many practitioners are now thinking of further developing their careers in the NHS. This year the talent pool will be delivered as a hybrid programme combining both in person and online elements.
The files below include the following:-
- Information on the development of the ASPIRE Deputy People Director Talent Pool
- An outline of the development opportunities provided to those selected to participate in the talent pool
- Details of the application process and the application documentation
Previous participants have said:
– ‘I love the DD talent pool, phenomenal programme’
– ‘I have really enjoyed the way the programme has been set up and delivered this year. The most valuable thing for me has been the networking and working with likeminded colleagues / peers; the insight that we have got from those who have delivered the sessions.’
– ‘I feel that each session gave me the space to stop and reflect and think about where I can improve my practices, work different, add value and also stretch’
– On the learning sets,‘ ‘I felt it was a safe space.. to be vulnerable… to listen, share, challenge and allow that space to think. it was great to see the shift in mindset..’’
– ‘ a different way of looking at situations’
– ‘Networking, understanding the challenges of others and how these can be tackled.’
The cost of joining the pool is £1000, payable by your organisation.
The closing date is 8am on 13 June and interviews for shortlisted applicants will be on Monday 20 June.
We’re holding a pre-application webinar on 24 May 1 to 2pm. Book here to attend.
