We are delighted to launch the application pack for this year’s Aspiring Deputy Director talent pool.
If you have the ambition and the ability to become a Deputy Director in the next three years, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to achieve this aim.
The HPMA London Academy talent pool is an award winning programme, enabling you to design a tailored development plan to gain the competencies, skills and behaviours to become a Deputy Director. This is a well established and highly regarded approach to talent management for the people profession and a significant proportion of those attending our aspirant programmes over the last 7 years have progressed to a Associate Director or Deputy Director role, with a small proportion becoming a Director or Chief People Officer.
Across the HPMA London Academy membership region we currently have an under representation of black, Asian and minority ethnic HR and OD staff in band 7 and above. We therefore actively encourage applicants from black, Asian and ethnic minority backgrounds.
